We would appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Please note that a missed appointment fee of 50% will apply to ALL missed appointments. (If prior notice has been given before the appointment start time to change or cancel the appointment, no fee will be charged).
By booking an appointment with V.I.B., you the client agree to the terms and conditions stated: Missed appointments without prior notice up to 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% missed appointment fee. Missed voucher bookings will void 50% of said voucher.
V.I.B. and its staff will do the very best to accommodate your needs at each appointment. All treatments are performed at clients’ own risk, and by engaging in treatments at V.I.B., you the client accept full responsibility for the outcome of said treatment and waive and release all responsibility from V.I.B.
Please address any concerns prior, during, and/or after your treatment to your therapist and alert them of any possible allergies/contraindications that may affect your treatment.
Skin patch test is highly recommended for tinting/lifting/lamination services 48 hours prior to treatment.
V.I.B. may collect and store personal information such as: name, contact number, email, and birthdate. Thank you for your cooperation.
